Ashley Goodale
Hey everyone! My name is Ashley and I was born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who now calls Sparks, Nevada home. I had a remarkable journey of transformation and self-discovery in my Mid 20s. My personal motto and daily reminder is, "She believed she could, so she did." I truly believe that it encapsulates unwavering determination to overcome obstacles and thrive.
I didn't always possess the self-assuredness and positivity that I now radiate. I have walked through the shadows of self-doubt and the belief that life just happened to me with no explanation or true understanding as to why. But my story took a dramatic turn once I embarked on a transformative journey through the Clarity Catalyst Program in 2022. With the guidance and support of a mentor, I learned the invaluable art of shifting my mindset.
This pivotal change allowed me to reinterpret my life experiences not as failures and setbacks but as invaluable lessons. With the newfound perspective, I shifted from a victim mindset to one of empowerment, a powerful shift that set me on the path to seeking happiness and positivity.
Today, as a certified life coach, my mission is to share the remarkable transformation that I had experienced and help others rewrite their life narratives. I understand firsthand the power of mindset in shaping one's reality and am committed to assisting individuals in unlocking their own potential.
Beyond my career aspirations, I embrace a diverse range of hobbies that reflect zest for life. Pyrography, the art of wood burning, allows me to express my creativity and craft unique pieces that resonate with the person it is made for. I also have a love for hiking and the great outdoors. With an abundance of appreciation for the beauty of nature, affection for animals also speaks to my compassion and connection to all living beings. Traveling and experiencing new things are constant sources of inspiration and growth in my life as well.
As I continue my journey, I want to bring a unique blend of personal experience, resilience, and a deep love for life to my coaching practice.
